In the city, one can move freely with city buses or so called jeepneys - a kind of city buses that do not have a specific schedules or bus stops. Another convenient means of communication is also a metro - the City of Dreams can be reached by LRT line 1 (yellow), to Baclaran station.


Grand opening of City of Dreams

Official grand opening of this large entertainment center belonging to Melco Crow Entertainment was on February 2nd 2015. During glamorous opening there were concerts of American pop stars, Kelly Rowland and Ne-Yo. Melco Crown, Lawrence Ho and their associate director opened the casino.

Newly build complex, City of Dreams,  cost a lot, however CoD management did not stop on that and organised fancy advertising campaign. Film promoting, opened in February 2015 casino City of Dreams, titled “The Audition” was directed by Martin Scorsese. Two stars of world cinema played in it - Robert de Niro and Leonardo di Caprio. Budget of this project was 70 million dollars.

One can get to the capital of Philippines by plane from every place in the world. Airport in Manila - Ninoy Aquino International Airport is located 4km from the casino, therefore travel from airport does not take lot. One can also easily reach the center by bus or by taxi.
